Heceta Head Lighthouse
Heceta Head · Florence, OR
One of the most iconic images on the entire Oregon Coast. Built in 1892–93 and first lit in 1894, Heceta Head Lighthouse sits 206 feet above the Pacific on a dramatic headland between Yachats and Florence. Its 56-foot tower houses the strongest light on the Oregon coast — still visible 21 miles at sea.
